The children have explored many themes during the month of May,  these include

• Exploring the outdoor environment - Making mud pies in the nursery mud kitchen, making watering cans with milk bottles to water their potato plants.  The childrn collected sticks from the garden which lead to "The Stickman" theme activities. Expanding the children's knowledge of understanding the natural world and litracy.
• Physical Development - Exercising outside in the local park and in the playground.
• Mark Marking - Experimenting and developing mark marking skills in paint, water,ice, sand, gloop, glue, foam, yoghurt and talc by using cotton buds, toothbrushes, wool, pom poms, forks and brushes.
